Information collected through the contact page

The general inquiry form asks for a name, an email address, an optional phone number, a service or topic, a short general message, and confirmation that the inquiry is general information only.

The form is not designed for confidential case material. Visitors should not send confidential documents, detailed evidence, sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details, or complete case histories through the public website.

How inquiry messages are sent

The current form sends inquiry information through Formspree, a third-party form submission service, and then to Wakil Adda's email process at info@wakiladda.com.

Public website forms and email are not always secure channels for sensitive information. After receiving a short general inquiry, Wakil Adda can identify a more appropriate way to continue where needed.

How inquiry information may be used

Wakil Adda may use inquiry information to:

• read and respond to the inquiry;
• understand the broad service area or topic raised;
• identify the appropriate contact method or next communication channel;
• keep reasonable administrative records of website inquiries; and
• manage professional, legal, or administrative obligations connected with the inquiry.

Sharing and service providers

Wakil Adda does not sell website inquiry information. Inquiry submissions may be processed by Formspree and ordinary service providers involved in operating the website, email, hosting, or professional administration.

The contact form also includes a hidden honeypot field. If Wakil Adda later changes spam-protection settings, adds analytics tools, a newsletter, payment flow, booking system, document-upload feature, or another contact workflow, this notice should be updated before those features are used publicly.

Records, correction, and deletion

Inquiry emails may be kept in Wakil Adda's records for response, administration, and professional purposes. Formspree may also retain form-submission records according to the active Formspree plan and settings. A visitor may contact Wakil Adda to ask about correcting or deleting inquiry information, subject to any legal, professional, administrative, or record-keeping requirements that apply.

Cookies, analytics, and accounts

This v1 website does not provide client accounts, payments, document uploads, live chat, or a newsletter signup. The public site is intended to be a simple informational website with a general inquiry path.

If analytics, cookies, embedded maps, chat tools, or similar services are added later, their purpose and privacy impact should be documented in this notice.
