What is authorised capital?
It is the maximum share capital the company is authorised to issue under its company documents. It is different from issued and paid-up capital.
Does the estimate include Wakil Adda professional fees?
No. It shows the estimated OCR government registration fee only. Drafting, legal, notary, licensing, and other service costs are separate.
Is the calculator result the final amount payable?
No. It is an estimate based on the published OCR schedule. OCR or CAMIS determines the amount payable for an application.
Can foreign founders use this calculator?
The OCR registration fee still depends on company type and authorised capital, but foreign investment approval and additional documents may also be required.
